Privacy Policy
Kalpavani: Daily Affirmations · Effective 22 October 2026
In short: Kalpavani has no accounts and does not collect your name, email, contacts or location. Your settings stay on your phone. If you use the free version after the launch period, Google AdMob shows ads and may use your device's advertising ID, with your consent where the law requires it.

Information stored on your device
Your language, voice, speed, gap, theme and sleep-timer choices, whether you own Premium, and any category you unlocked for 24 hours are stored only on your phone. We cannot see them. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes them. Android may include them in your own device backup.
Text-to-speech
Affirmations are read aloud by the text-to-speech engine installed on your phone (usually Google's Speech Services). Voices marked "offline" work on the device. Voices marked "online" send the text being read to the engine provider, under that provider's privacy policy.
Launch-period settings
When the app starts, it downloads a small public file from kalpavani.com that says how long the free launch period lasts. Like any web request, this reveals your IP address to our hosting provider (Cloudflare), who processes it to deliver the file. We do not log or use it to identify you.
Purchases
Premium is sold through Google Play. Google processes the payment; we receive only a confirmation that the purchase is valid. We never see your card, UPI or bank details. See the Google Privacy Policy.
Advertising
During the free launch period and for Premium users, the app shows no ads and does not start the ads SDK. Afterwards, free users see ads from Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address and information about the ads you see and tap, to show and measure ads and to prevent fraud. In the EEA, the UK, Switzerland and other places where it is required, the app asks for your consent first, using Google's consent form. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy options, and you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings. Children
Kalpavani is a general-audience app and is not directed at children under 13. Ads are limited to content suitable for general audiences (PG).
Your choices
- Change ad consent in Settings → Privacy options (where shown).
- Buy Premium to remove ads completely.
- Delete all app data by clearing it in Android settings or uninstalling the app.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
